Solar system performance depends on factors outside our control, including sunlight availability, shading, weather, grid conditions, and how the system is used. We do not guarantee specific generation or savings outcomes on this website.
8. Payments
Payment terms for installation and service work are set out in your specific quotation or service agreement, not on this website.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation terms for bookings, site visits, or installation work are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in your specific service agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Suncrest Energy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
